Does Rumble Hotheaded's Assault apply to itself?

Rumble Hotheaded says your Mechs each have Assault, while Rumble Scrapper says your Mechs have +1 Might (including me). Does Hotheaded's Assault effect apply to itself even though it is also a Mech? Does Rumble Hotheaded's Assault apply to itself?

Does a Mech token played on hold enter ready or exhausted?

Rumble, Scrapper says when you hold, play a 3-Might Mech to base. A player asked whether that token enters ready or exhausted. When Rumble, Scrapper's hold ability plays a Mech to base, does it enter ready or exhausted?
