My opponent used Temporary sprites to conquer and reach 7 points. At the beginning of their turn they wanted to react to the sprites dying with Janna, saying that counted as a hold and won them the game. Temporary dies before Holding — is it possible to play Janna in reaction and hold that way?
I want to use Janna, Savior to heal during a showdown. Do I need to play her before damage is assigned in combat, and how does her healing interact with that timing? Also, if I play a unit with Reaction or Ambush during a showdown, does it enter ready or exhausted?

On my turn I conquer a battlefield with one unit, then Charm an enemy unit from another battlefield onto mine. The opponent responds with Janna to move my unit away. Can they play Janna on the other battlefield to move my unit?
