With two Eager Apprentice on a battlefield, a player casts a Repeat 2 spell such as Feral Strength or Desert Call and wants to know when cost reduction applies relative to paying the additional Repeat cost. With two Eager Apprentice, do I pay 2 for the Repeat additional cost on a 2-cost spell?
