Can you reveal hidden Tideturner after moving Hwei and still control the battlefield?

Yes. Once the move completes, Hwei's trigger goes on the chain and the state is closed. Cleanup does not remove the hidden Tideturner because you still control the battlefield. You can reveal Tideturner in reaction to Hwei's trigger and get another move trigger.
