Can the opponent Charm a unit Vex stunned after Aurora ends?

Neither player can move a unit stunned by Vex, correct? The opponent cannot Charm or Moonfall it?

What if I Aurora a unit while Vex is present, my turn ends, and the opponent Charms it — is it still stunned with the move restriction gone?

"They can't move it" only restricts Vex's opponent; the Vex player can still move the unit. After Aurora's turn ends the move restriction fades but stun may persist — a known rules gap. The opponent can Charm while stunned.
