Can Factory Recall bounce Baron after Dazzling Aurora's Ending Step without hitting Baron?

If Aurora does not hit Baron you cannot bounce it during Expiration under normal circumstances because you cannot play cards. Some Expiration-step chains exist where reactions like orange Rengar could stage a showdown and hypothetically enable Factory Recall, but that requires many sequential steps.
