When do Rengar, Discipline, and Challenge resolve on the chain?

Opponent plays Challenge targeting a unit in base and one on my battlefield. I react with Discipline on my unit; they Ambush Rengar onto that battlefield.

When do Discipline and Challenge resolve relative to Rengar entering?

Rengar resolves immediately as a unit. Then both players can continue reacting to Discipline until it resolves, then react to Challenge until it resolves. After everything resolves, a showdown starts.
