Can the Vex player Moonfall a unit that Vex prevented the opponent from moving?

I have Vex at a battlefield. On my opponent's turn they play a unit and a showdown begins. I want to Moonfall-move that unit.

Does Vex's "they can't move it" stop me from moving it with Moonfall even though Vex is mine?

Vex only prevents the player who played the stunned unit from moving it. You can still move the unit with Moonfall.
