Can units replayed with Arcane Shift be Accelerated to conquer another battlefield?

I hold at a battlefield, then use Arcane Shift to replay a unit. Can I pay Accelerate on the replayed unit and conquer another open battlefield?

Does Accelerate also work when replaying off Baited Hook?

Yes. You can pay Accelerate on units you replay with Arcane Shift or Baited Hook, including to conquer another battlefield after holding.
