Can a Reflection in base copy a unit at a battlefield?

Can my Reflection token copy a unit at a battlefield even though my Reflection is in base, and then play a copied unit there at base speed without Ambush?

Yes. After copying you can play a unit there at base speed; Ambush is not required. The unit you copy must still be at that battlefield when you copy it.
