Can Tideturner be hidden at Rockfell Path as a bluff?

Someone told me you can hide Tideturner at Rockfell Path as a bluff even though units cannot be played there. How is that possible — does being hidden bypass the restriction?

Hiding a card at a battlefield is not playing it. You can put any card with Hidden face-down at a battlefield, but if it is a unit you cannot flip it up because that would be playing it. So you can hide Tideturner there as a bluff and never reveal it.
