Does Kha'Zix trigger before both Void Assault units arrive?

No. A showdown cannot start while a chain item is resolving. On resolution of Void Assault, both chosen units arrive at the battlefield, then the showdown begins. All movement from Void Assault completes before the showdown can start, so the defender is not isolated and Kha'Zix's trigger cannot finalize.
