Who orders Vi's legend trigger and Hall of Legends after an overkill conquer?

When both triggers happen at the same time, you choose the order they go on the chain and pay each cost when placing them. You get priority afterward because you control the next chain item. Eventually both resolve in reverse order — the last one placed resolves first, then the other.
