Does Rek'Sai remove Accelerate's extra cost when playing champion units?

If Rek'Sai's effect lets me play a champion unit, can I ignore Accelerate's additional payment, or do I still pay Accelerate normally?

You still pay Accelerate. Rek'Sai does not waive the separate additional cost required to Accelerate a unit.
