When does Carrion Dredger's Deathknell enter the chain against Cull the Weak and Hidden Blade?
Player 1 controls only Carrion Dredger. Player 2 casts Cull the Weak, and Player 1 responds by hiding and playing Hidden Blade on Dredger.
When does Dredger's Deathknell get added to the chain, and does Cull the Weak still have a valid target when it resolves?
