Can Sacrifice respond to Inferna's conquer trigger before Rek'Sai resolves?

Inferna with Cleave conquers a battlefield with Relationship legend. Can I Sacrifice Inferna in response to the conquer trigger and still play a unit from Rek'Sai's ability to that battlefield?

Yes, as long as you do it in response to the conquer trigger and not after you start resolving it (looking at cards). Assault Might is still active at that time.
