Does Sigil of the Storm still trigger after Ivern turns it into a Brush?

You can order the triggers as you like, but Sigil of the Storm still resolves normally even if it becomes a Brush — you must still recycle a rune. If you score on that location and later remove the Brush, Sigil does not trigger again. "Here" refers to the physical location, not the battlefield card itself. Once triggered, the ability resolves independently of its source.
