Can Karthus copy two Mixologist Deathknells from the same combat?

Yes and yes. When multiple units die simultaneously, they go to the trash simultaneously. Deathknell triggers become pending before trash, but finalize after. If Karthus is in trash and two Mixologists would die from Temporary, Karthus can even generate an extra trigger if chosen by the first Mixologist before the second dies.
