Can I order Zaun Warrens and LeBlanc before the 7-point conquer draw?

You can order Zaun Warrens and LeBlanc as you like, but you must draw for conquering at 7 points before either of them. You also need to discard to put LeBlanc on the chain before Zaun Warrens gives you a card to discard.
