Does Red Brambleback double Rek'Sai's conquer trigger if she can't pay twice?

Red Brambleback doubles conquer triggers. Rek'Sai's legend lets you exhaust her on conquer to reveal the top 2 cards and play one. Would Red Brambleback trigger the ability a second time even though Rek'Sai cannot be exhausted again?

Essentially yes — you cannot pay the cost twice, so you cannot add the second trigger to the chain.
