Do multiple Boots of Swiftness grant extra Ganking moves?

Ganking lets you use your standard move between battlefields by exhausting the unit. A second instance of Ganking does nothing; the unit either has Ganking or it does not. After exhausting for a standard move, you need another effect to ready the unit before it can move again.
