If Sett is saved by a legend effect, does Thousand-Tailed Watcher's -3 still remain on Sett?

Sett, Brawler is affected by Thousand-Tailed Watcher's -3 and would be removed, but a legend effect saves Sett. After that save resolves, does Sett still keep the -3 modifier?
